Eucharist Explained
18 Sept 2022
1 – 5pm
Bethel
(Up to 360 participants)
All Catholics partake of the Eucharist but not all Catholics understand the signs and gesture of the Eucharist. Even the deeper meaning of the words eludes some of us. It is hoped that those who participate will have a deeper appreciation of the Lord’s banquet and by this understanding enter into a fuller participation of the thanksgiving we give to God our Father through Jesus Christ in the Holy Spirit.

ReUnion + CommUnion
Over the past 2+ years, we have been a strange church – we are together and yet not quite together because of the measures due to the pandemic. While we make do as best as we could given the situation, our body ‘remembers’ what it is like to be connected with each other. These memories caused yearning in us for union and connection even though we may not express it explicitly. The time is NOW to reconnect and to re-Union with one another this feast day!

Come and experience connection with each other again face to face! Mark your calendar to ReUnion and CommUnion with one another as we are the Body of Christ!

Wardens Recruitment

Join us as Wardens

When we extend hospitality to others, we’re not trying to impress people, we’re trying to reflect God to them. As we serve our Lord, we may meet someone who really needs a friend…and we can fill that need. Maybe we can make an eternal difference in the person’s life, just because we choose to be friendly and helpful.

Trained Special Needs Catechists

Pope Francis has called the Catholic Church to be a welcoming Church. As we welcome our students into our religious education classes, it’s important that we see each one as a child of God with special talents and special gifts; remember that you are seeing the face of Jesus. Teaching religious education is a splendid opportunity to share your love of God and the Catholic Church with your students.
