Theme: The Spirit and the Bride

The Liturgical colour theme is white with yellow/gold, and green.

The colour white usually refers to purity and holiness. The Church, as the bride of Christ, is dressed in white. White, as a symbol of holiness, is the colour of light, symbolising joy, cleanliness, goodness, loyalty, innocence, unifying, and purity resulting from Faith that listens to God’s voice and believes. It also symbolises righteousness, conquest, victory, peace, saints, completion, triumph, and the beginning of a new life. Gold/yellow symbolises spiritual growth, life, wealth, glory, majesty, the kingdom of God, enlightenment and light, which in turn symbolises God’s presence. Green symbolises praise, spiritual growth in Christ that the Church and the Gospel nurture. Additionally, it represents abundance, new life, anticipation, new beginning, flourishing healing, restoration, and hope.
