Faith Formation
“A Catechist is a person who facilitates the process of faith formation. This is done first by echoing the word of God in his or her own life, and second by helping others to do so.” – Joe Paprocki, catechist and author (Loyola Press)
Catechists are dedicated to the Evangelising Mission of the Catholic Church and the education of both the young and adults, to help people believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, to form them in Christ’s image and impart the teaching of the Christian doctrine in a way that invites all to the fullness of Christian life.
